Police are reminding people regarding the legalities over a trendy toy this fun period, with a number of so called Electric Self-Balancing Scooter staying illegal for highway use.

Police say Hoverboarders/Segaway varieties of vehicles who employ their two wheels while travelling are being made aware these are breaking the law as they just don't meet the legal requirement to get safely used amidst other traffic. coin79uj

Hover boards/Segaways are generally increasing in popularity and still have been seen because must have, with police reminding the population that it could be unlawful to employ these vehicle in pavements and general public roads. Under the road Traffic Act 1988 a new road is just about any highway and some other road to that this public has gain access to, and includes bridges over which a new road passes.
