No it isn't.  My club participates in it. It is a yearly show organized by an aviation museum. Shearwater is an air force base on the outskirt of Halifax Nova Scotia dating from 1918. Over the years, it went from being an RCAF base to a Royal Canadian Navy aviation base. So the museum is at the base and is about the base and the aircraft that flew from it. That is a great source of info for modeling.
