actually, I do that to fill small seams on styrene kits. I take the black hypo tube and flow some glue out on the seam. I then use the side of the metal tube the glue comes out of and smear it on the seam. I'll let it cure for a day or so, sand it and there's no more seam left.
Due to a bunch of crap going on, I really haven't had much time to get to some of my Modeling ventures. But this one seems to be coming along nicely. The Akira I have been working on with this one suffered a small accident and had a Warp engine fall off. Not a bad thing, and it is an easy fix, just one of those where it happens, you say "ugh" and put it aside because it pisses you off.
The Steamrunner on the other hand is now ready for some coats of Clear and then down the line to the Decal Area. So this one should be done soon, as long as I don't get many more interruptions. LOL
The Top Side has a bit more detail to it than the bottom, but the decals sheet will help out with the whole ship immensely.
It's not paint; it is a Fine Sharpie Marker. That or Pencil will work for windows in the Powered down version. Only problem I had with these is the Casting wasn't too good in a few spots, and the windows were a little Flush compared to the others, so when I was adding the marker, the point slipped out of the holes.
If you use pencil, be sure to have a sharpener next to you, it will need it.
