Welp, 4MM knew what it was by his innuendos.  It was Saturday Night Live with Jim Carrey.  He was playing the Lifeguard.  If you never saw it, then you need to watch it, it was Hilarious.  Wish I could transfer from VHS to Windows movie files.  I would send it to you.

You really shouldn't pick quotes from one of the most famous (and quoted) movies of all time.  I mean it's almost like quoting a Monty Python Movie.
