Manual Method (Not Recommended for Large Databases):
This method involves using the IBM Notes client to export NSF files to CSV format, then using Outlook to import the CSV files and create PST files. Note that this method is time-consuming and may not be suitable for large databases.

Open IBM Notes and go to File > Export.

Choose the items you want to export and select the CSV file format.

Follow the prompts to complete the export process.

Open Microsoft Outlook.

Go to File > Open & Export > Import/Export.

Choose "Import from another program or file" and click Next.

Select "Comma Separated Values" as the file type to import.

Browse to the CSV file exported from Lotus Notes.

Choose the Outlook folder where you want to import the data.

Map the fields from the CSV file to the Outlook fields.

Complete the import process.

Regards,
Peter
